Garden State Land Surveyors Alliance, Inc. Insurance Program: Professional Indemnity and Liability Insurance for Land Surveyors

Our Garden State Land Surveyors Alliance, Inc (GSLSA) surveyors insurance program is designed to secure your insurable interests at exclusive pricing structure for GSLSA members.

The land surveyors property insurance coverage protects business personal property, loss of income, property off-premises (surveying equipment), computer equipment, valuable papers, employee dishonesty, etc.—at specially discounted ratesfor GSLSA members. Under this program, your general liability, workers’ compensationand automobile coverage will be classified appropriately (not as architect or engineer), at the exclusive pricing structure. What’s more, unlike most insurers, we do not audit your general lability insurance at the end of the year. If you increase your survey staff, you will not be hit with a higher general liability premium—just for GSLSA members!

The professional liability coverage form for GSLSA members is broad to include various types of operations, and can include architect and engineer professional liability where applicable (rated separately). The policy will provide a prior acts endorsement (if coverage is already in force), a lower minimum premium and various deductibles to meet your individual needs.

At The Van Dyk Group, we offer a range of insurance options for land surveyors, as well as optional coverage packages, seminars, safety plans, classes and risk management programs. Don’t miss out on all the benefits of your Garden State Land Surveyors Alliance Inc., membership!
