Fran Hillier has been a member of The Van Dyk Group since 2005. She started out as a front desk receptionist in the LBI office and was then promoted to Rental Administrator 13 years ago. Fran works directly with the hundreds of homeowners renting their properties through The Van Dyk Group. She maintains all their property information in the rental computer system. She also prepares the summer rental packets for all the tenants checking in and processes the return of their security deposits. One of her favorite responsibilities is interacting with the realtors in her department and teaching them how to navigate the rental computer program when they join the company. Fran enjoys baking, exercising, and spending time with her family and rescue dog on the lake in her backyard.
