JoAnn, born and raised in LBI area, started working for Van Dyk Group 36 years ago. She started as a receptionist but quickly obtained her NJ Insurance license along with her Real Estate license and move into the Personal Insurance Department as a Customer Service Representative, where she worked for 18 years. During that time, she helped with summer rentals, worked as part of the Claims department and eventually took a turn and moved into the administration and accounting departments where she has been for the last 18 years working along side her mother, Janet Wyrsch.
JoAnn is married to her husband, Jim, and together have five children and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cruising, beach days and spending time with their family.
