Come on Down and See for Yourself

Pristine & Gorgeous!

We know some of you may have some hesitation regarding the status of rebuilding and repair to Long Beach Island but be assured, there will be a summer on LBI and it will be as good as ever.  As of right now there are over 100 businesses open and it is only January!  Many of our businesses are closed at this time of the year anyway.  Those that have not re-opened yet are working on their buildings and are determined to be open by Memorial Day, or sooner.  If you drove down to LBI today you would find open bars & restaurants, deli’s, pharmacies, convenience stores, salons, gift stores & shops, banks, motels, marinas, laundromats, pizza places, liquor stores, galleries and, of course, the Van Dyk Group!

Don’t Let Negative Press Ruin Your Vacation

Sensation Sells! We all know that. The media isn’t going to report on any recovery projects without showing lots of devastation. LBI is NOT Ortley Beach & Mantoloking.  Ortley Beach residents are still not able to go home.  Some LBI residents have been back home since early November and everyone, except for those living in Holgate, was allowed to return by Thanksgiving.  And while Holgate still has a way to go, crews are working diligently and many of their residents have returned to their homes.
